A Connective Workplace believes that EVERY team member has unique insights, perceptions, and value and if their organization is to reach it’s highest potential, it must not ignore, or even simply accept, this individual voice, it must PURSUE THOSE VOICES!

What is a Connective Manager?

A Certified Connective Manager has committed to pursuing the valuable insights and perspectives of every voice in their team. They have completed the necessary Connective Workplace training and coaching to ensure that they are skilled in the Connective processes which includes training on communication safety, effective 1:1s, open-ended surveying, etc. They have also committed to conduct a “round” of the Connective Workplace process with their direct reports – at minimum two times per year.

What is a Connective Workplace?

A Certified Connective Workplace means that an organization has committed to pursuing the valuable insights and perspectives of EVERY voice at EVERY level in their team. Their leadership and managers have completed the necessary Connective Workplace training and coaching to ensure that they are skilled in the Connective processes. This training includes training on communication safety, effective 1:1s, open-ended surveying, etc. They have also committed to conduct a “round” of the Connective Workplace process at minimum two times per year.
